If you've ever stirred up a batch of choux pastry in a saucepan, you
know how easy it is. It's what you do with it next that separates the
pastry artists from the rest.
Trending now in Paris are both sweet and savory eclairs and profiteroles with a modern twist--move over macaron!
Warm up to these treats and enjoy a fun-filled class with Les Dames
d'Escoffier. We'll begin with a petit dejeuner (that's French for
breakfast). Then Pastry Chef Carter Holton, who just recently won a Food
Network Challenge, will work his magic. We'll all take home a box of
eclairs and profiteroles plus recipes.
